The city of Long Creek has a "downtown" property available to the right buyer.

The size of the lot is approximately 17,030 square feet (130' x 131'), on Main Street, one block west of the John Day Highway.

It sits between city hall to the south, the hotel to the east and the city park on the west (see assessor's plat map below).

The city is looking for someone interested in building a safe and clean business that can employ a few of our citizens.

Actual selling price is dependant on what you can bring to Long Creek.
